I'm there

I love macro photos of mushrooms, so I was instantly drawn to this. I was slightly disappointed upon viewing the more detailed version. The head of the mushroom was what I was hoping to have in focus! Darn. Then, in my opinion, you should crop it a bit more. The dark spots on the left side are distracting and taking away from the ethereal light tones on the right side. I have lost the battle with the mushrooms many a time, their rounded surface (and also the weather they like to pop up in) presents quite a few obstacles. I think you had a great shot in the making though, and I am now going to go through your gallery to see what else you have to show me!
